SquadKitty

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

SquadKitty is a free tool for keeping a running tally of a shared pot of money between friends, clubs and teams. It never moves real money. This page explains what information the SquadKitty website and Android app handle, who they share it with, and how you can ask for it to be removed. The Android app is the same SquadKitty site packaged as an app, so everything here applies to both.

What we collect

We do not collect payment card or bank details, your location, your contacts, photos or microphone. SquadKitty does not process payments.

Who can see a group

Anyone who has a group's link or share code can view that group's balance, members and entries without signing in. Only the organizers can add or change entries. Because of this, please do not put sensitive details in member names or notes, and only share the link with people who should see the numbers.

How we use it

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your information

Backups and provider logs may keep copies for a short time after deletion.

Children

SquadKitty is meant for adult organizers and is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, or to object to how it is used. To use these rights, email hello@squadkitty.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so in the app or on the site.
